• Fa‘aaloalo (Respect): We honor elders, coaches, parks staff, and each other. Respect shapes our sideline behavior, our social media, and how we share fields with other teams.
• Tautua (Service): We serve our community first. Players, parents, and coaches give back through volunteer hours, youth mentoring, and cultural event support.
• Fa‘atasi (Togetherness): We move as one team and one family. Practices include family huddles, shared meals, and moments of cultural learning so everyone—youth, women, men, and elders—feels seen.

• Cultural Cricket Days: Match days feature Samoan protocols (opening/closing words, acknowledgments), island music, and space for elders to share stories and language.
• Uniform & Visual Identity: Jerseys and banners respectfully incorporate Samoan motifs and colors, designed with guidance from culture bearers.
• Leadership Pathways: Youth and women step into roles—captain, umpire, coach apprentice—supported by mentorship rooted in fa‘aaloalo and tautua.
• Family-Centered Practices: Short cultural moments are built into training (greetings, phrases, values) so learning happens naturally, fa‘atasi.
• Community Service: Each season includes service projects—clinic days for beginners, equipment drives, and park clean-ups—to live our value of tautua.
